Gulfview at Watersound
In 2012, Gulfview Construction entered into a joint venture with the St Joe Company and Gulf Capital to develop 20 custom homes in Watersound Beach. The Site plan for the two building sites is below. We are extremely proud of our ability to have managed and built out such a dynamic and fast paced project with great quality and happy customers! We were able to manage this project with our team of subcontractors and superintendents while still keeping our normal workload of high end custom homes in the 30-A area.
